Welcome to American TradUR (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us or using our website https://tradur.com (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or entering into any agreement.
1. Orders & Quotes
- All projects begin with a formal quotation issued by American TradUR.
- Prices are valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
- Orders are confirmed only once both parties agree in writing (email or signed agreement).
2. Design & Customization
- If custom designs are requested, a design deposit of $500 will be required. This deposit will be applied toward the order balance.
- Design fees are waived if an order is placed.
- Any changes requested after production has started will incur additional costs at the client’s expense.
3. Minimum Order
- Our standard minimum order is one full 20-foot shipping container.
- Mixed products may be combined within the same container unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.
- Payments must be made by wire transfer or other mutually agreed secure method.
5. Production Timeline
- Standard production time is approximately 6 weeks for a 20-foot container.
- A 40-foot container may require 8–10 weeks, depending on complexity.
- Weekly photo updates of progress will be supplied to the client.
6. Shipping & Logistics
- All shipping, packing, and freight charges are the responsibility of the client.
- Local transport, port fees, and customs clearance at the destination are also the client’s responsibility.
- American TradUR will coordinate loading and provide necessary export documents.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the client once goods are delivered to the shipping carrier.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled before production begins may be refunded minus administrative and banking fees.
- Orders canceled after production begins will forfeit the design deposit and 50% production deposit.
- Completed goods are non-refundable.
8. Warranties & Liability
- Our products are handcrafted using natural materials. Variations in color, grain, and finish are not defects but part of the uniqueness of the product.
- We warrant our goods against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from delivery.
- Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, and does not extend to consequential losses.
9. Intellectual Property
- All logos, content, and designs on tradur.com are the property of American TradUR and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts located within South Carolina, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
